Rental Requirements and Policies

You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a motorcycle endorsement. A $450 security deposit is required on a credit card, if you have a debit it will be a $1,500 deposit and our Premium Loss Damage Waiver is required

Yes, proof of valid insurance is required. If using a debit card or unable to provide insurance, you must purchase the Motorcycle Loss Damage Waiver and accept the $1,500 refundable deposit.

Yes, there are no road restrictions on GoGoRental motorcycles. You may explore the area freely.

Yes, all motorcycles are permitted to carry one passenger in addition to the driver. Passangers must be over the age of 9 years old.

Yes, all rentals are charged in 2-hour, 4-hour, 8-hour, 24-hour and numerous day increments depending on the unit.

Cancellations and modifications are allowed but may be subject to fees and availability. Refer to the cancellation policy at booking. Speak with associates to find out more information on modifications to your rental.

Add-Ons and Equipment

Each rental includes a helmet, a phone mount (add on), a route map, and a recommended ride route via Google Maps. ask our staff about riding gloves, tour packs, and modular full face helmet options

No, Hawaii law allows the renter to choose if motorcycle riders and passengers want to wear helmets. Helmets are provided free of charge unless you opt for a modular full face option as an add on!

Available add-ons include: Premium Full-Face Helmets, Riding Gloves, Phone Mounts, Sunglasses, Coolers, Snorkel Sets, Gogo towels, Beach games, body boards, Water Bottles, Hats, After-Hours Drop-offs and more!

Basic helmets are included. Premium helmets and other gear may incur an additional charge and possible security deposit.

Yes, you may use your own DOT-approved helmet and safety gear.

Safety and Roadside Support

Yes, if you purchase the Motorcycle Loss Damage Waiver, 24/7 roadside assistance is included.

You are liable for the cost of tire repair or full replacement unless you purchase the Premium Loss Damage Waiver, which reduces your responsibility.

No, flat tire coverage is only available through the Loss Damage Waiver.

Yes, roadside assistance can help with mechanical or lockout issues if you have purchased the proper coverage.

Insurance and Coverage

It includes coverage for damage, theft, tire damage, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Deductibles apply: $1,500 for damage or theft. Cost: $35/day.

Yes, if you decline the LDW, you must provide valid motorcycle insurance coverage.

No, once selected and charged, it is non-refundable.

Yes, theft and total loss are covered with a $1,500 deductible.

Booking and Fees

A $450 security deposit is required on the day of the rental using a major credit card. $1,500 if using a debit

Deposits are refunded 3 to 7 business days after the rental ends, provided there is no damage.

Yes, hourly or full-day charges apply for late returns, or you can opt in for our after hour return!

You must arrive or contact GoGoRental within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in the unit being released to a new or future booking.

Usage and Rider Experience

All motorcycles are manual unless otherwise specified.

Yes, a recommended scenic ride via Google Maps is included with each rental as well as a brochure with 22 local stops!

Most motorcycles have limited storage or saddlebags. Use a drawstring bag or backpack.
