General Questions

Renters must be 21 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and provide a major credit card for a security deposit. International visitors must present a driver’s license from their home country.

Yes, a $500 deposit is required and must be placed on a major credit card in the renter’s name. If you do not have a credit card, you must accept the liability insurance and the higher deposit of $1,500.

Yes, you must have valid insurance. You can also purchase coverage during checkout. If you do not have proof of insurance, coverage is required as well as a higher deposit of $1,500.

Yes, you can rent with a debit card. You will be required to opt in for coverage and place a higher deposit of $1,500.

Yes, all cars must be returned with a full tank of the fuel grade listed on your rental agreement, unless specified otherwise or prepaid fuel is added.

Yes, as long as they have a driver’s license from their home country.

Any additional driver must present a valid license and sign waiver forms at departure.

Policies and Coverage

$35/day or $45/day with roadside assistance. Minor damage responsibility is capped at $500. Major damage or theft responsibility is capped at $1,000.

No, renter is responsible for the full replacement or repair.

No, unless you pay for the roadside assistance at time of departure. If you do not pay for the roadside renter is fully responsible for the cost of a towing service.

You must contact us within 2 hours of your scheduled pickup time, or the vehicle will be released.

If a vehicle is vandalized or stolen, you must contact local police immediately to report the incident. Your liability insurance will include a $1,000 deductible in the event of major damage or theft.

We will require your insurance company name and active policy number.

Vehicle Use and Road Rules

There are no specific road restrictions, but renters must follow all local driving laws.

Our cars can handle a variety of road surfaces, but off-road or shoulder driving is not allowed.

No. Inter-island travel is not possible; the vehicle must stay on the island where it was rented.

We do not offer pickups or drop-offs at the airport. However, if you are taking an inter-island trip, you may pay to leave the car at the airport, but it must be returned to the location where you picked it up.

All rentals include unlimited mileage.

Add-ons and Amenities

Every rental includes a local area map. Anything additional would be classified as a ride enhancement. ($5 add-on)

Yes, you can add accessories like beach gear, cooler bags, hiking backpacks, snorkel equipment, beach games, beach tents, and chairs.

Pickup and Return

Yes, but early returns are not refunded the difference.

You must contact us within 2 hours of the scheduled time or the rental will be forfeited.

Pickups and returns are made at the GoGo Rental location you booked. Delivery and alternate pickup are not available.

Yes, rental extensions may be available. Please contact us during your trip to check availability.
