Add VIP delivery and we set it up for you
VIP delivery is an optional add-on you choose at checkout, and no camper includes it by default. Add it and we place your camper inside VIP camping during WeFest’s drop-off weekend, level it, set it up, and walk you through it, so it is ready as early as August 3 when overnight camping opens. When the festival ends, we come get it. Skip delivery and you simply pick up your camper in Detroit Lakes and set it up at your own site. Delivery and setup is a flat $350 add-on.

We level & set it up
We level the camper, set it up, and walk you through how to run everything before we leave.
We pick it up after
When the music stops, we come back and haul it out. You just pack up and go home.
We set up the weekend before. You get the prime spot.
Here is the part most people miss. Add VIP delivery and we place your camper during WeFest’s drop-off weekend, days before the music starts on August 6, so you land a prime spot that is hard to grab on your own and your whole setup is done early.

Getting there early puts us first come, first served for the best sites inside VIP camping. You end up front and center instead of wherever is left on festival day.
Ready when camping opens
We place your camper on the drop-off weekend, so it is leveled, set up, and ready when overnight VIP camping opens August 3. No towing it in, no fighting for space, no setup in the heat.
You just walk in
Everyone else is hunting for a spot and hauling gear. You stroll into a prime site with everything handled. Grab your wristband and go.
To add delivery: you need your WeFest VIP camping pass and Early Arrival pass. Drop them off in person or mail them to our Highway 59 location (GoGo Rental, 15857 US-59, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501) and we place your camper on the drop-off weekend, July 31 and August 1. Delivery does not include dumping the black and grey tanks.

VIP delivery is optional. Skip it and you pick up your WeFest camper and set it up yourself. And if you would rather grab a standard travel trailer, tow it in, and camp anywhere at the festival on your own schedule, we rent travel trailers all season in Detroit Lakes, Fargo, and Clearwater. Pick it up, hitch up, and go.

When is WeFest 2026?
WE Fest 2026 runs August 6 to 8, 2026, at Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, MN. Overnight VIP camping opens August 3. If you add VIP delivery, we place your camper during the drop-off weekend, July 31 and August 1, so it is ready as early as August 3.
How much does a WeFest camper cost?
Most WeFest campers are a flat $2,000 for the full festival rental, and one is $2,125. It is a festival package price, not a per-night rate. VIP delivery and setup is an optional add-on for a flat $350.
Is delivery included, or do I set the camper up myself?
Delivery is not included by default. VIP delivery is an optional $350 add-on you choose at checkout. Add it and we place your camper inside VIP camping during the drop-off weekend, level it, set it up, and pick it up when WeFest ends. Skip it and you pick up your camper in Detroit Lakes and set it up at your own site.

Why book delivery instead of setting up myself?
Two reasons most people do not think about. We place your camper during the drop-off weekend, so we are first come, first served for the prime spots inside VIP camping, and it is set up and ready as early as August 3. You skip the towing and the festival-day scramble and walk into a prime location with everything already done.
How many people can sleep in a camper?
Our WeFest campers sleep from 3 up to 10, depending on the unit. Filter by group size above and pick the one that fits your crew. Twelve models are available and several have more than one in stock.
What are the rental requirements?
You must be 25 or older with a valid driver license, put a $1,000 refundable security deposit on a major credit card in your name, and carry proof of insurance or buy insurance through GoGo Rental. 25 percent of the reservation total is due when you book.
Can I pick the camper up myself instead of delivery?
Yes. Skip the VIP delivery add-on and you pick up your camper at our Detroit Lakes location and bring it into your VIP site yourself. Delivery is only there if you would rather we handle the setup for you.
Do the motorhomes include miles and generator time?
Yes. The Class C motorhomes include 100 free miles per night, then $0.40 per mile, and 2 free generator hours per night, then $2 per hour.
