General Questions

You must be at least 18 years old, or 16 with a legal guardian present, present a valid photo ID, and leave a $100 security deposit on a credit card.

No. A five-minute on-shore orientation is provided. You must be able to swim and should wear a life jacket if you are not a strong swimmer.

Age & Rider Policy

Yes. Children aged 8 to 15 may use a paddle board or tube under direct adult supervision. Water bikes are limited to riders at least 12 years old and 4 ft 6 in tall.

Water bikes are single rider only. Paddle boards may carry one small passenger under 60 lb if balance allows.

Most boards support rider weights between 200 and 300 lb. Staff will confirm the best board for your size.

Equipment & Inclusions

Each rental includes a Coast Guard-approved life jacket, an ankle leash for SUPs, an adjustable paddle, and a basic dry bag.

Yes. Pedals are installed, and a personal flotation device is mandatory.

Waterproof phone holders are available to purchase or rent as an add-on. Wetsuits are not offered at this location.

Water Usage & Restrictions

Use them on calm inland lakes and bays. Open-ocean use is not allowed. Stay within 300 ft of shore unless local rules permit going farther.

No. Surf zones, white-water rivers, and strong-current areas are prohibited.

No. All units must be off the water by sunset.

Transport & Pickup

Optional LossInflatable SUPs are provided deflated in a backpack with a pump. Hard boards require roof-rack transport; foam blocks are included.Damage Waiver (pricing varies) limits out‑of‑pocket liability; details shown at checkout.

No. All equipment must be picked up in store for transport to your chosen location.

Safety & Water Conditions

Yes. A life jacket must be worn at all times while on the water.

High winds over 15 mph, lightning, or small-craft advisories trigger cancellation or a free reschedule.

If radar clearly shows approaching storms and you choose to proceed, no refund is issued.

Insurance & Coverage

Yes. Optional Paddle-Toy LDW is $8 per day and covers accidental punctures or cracks with a $250 deductible.

Yes, LDW covers lost paddles or pumps. Without LDW, you must pay the replacement cost.

Cleaning & Return

Yes. Rinse off sand and debris before return. Excessive mud or algae may incur a cleaning fee.

$75 per day plus the loss of your security depsoist if there is no communication Late returns are charged $10 per hour after the scheduled time, up to the daily rental rate..

After-hours drop-off is not permitted unless pre-approved by an employee.

Stay with your board or bike and call the GoGo Rental emergency line printed on your wristband tag. Where available, a safety boat or shoreline staff will assist.
