E-Bike & Bike Rental Details
Requirements
• Bicycles: No age restriction, but minors must have a legal guardian present. A credit card deposit of $50 is required, or $350 if using a debit card.
• E-Bikes: Renters must be at least 18 years old or 16 with a legal guardian present. A credit card deposit of $50 is required, or $750 if using a debit card.
Insurance
We offer a Loss Damage Waiver for $25/day, which provides comprehensive protection including roadside assistance and tire coverage. For more details, please see our Bike Coverage Options.
Included with Rental
Every rental includes a helmet, lock, and a map. Optional add-ons such as phone mounts, speakers, baskets, and more are available for a nominal fee.
Road usage
All bikes and e-bikes are equipped to handle various terrains recommended by us. We provide a map with recommended routes via Google Maps for optimal exploration routes.
Passenger Policy
E-Bikes & Bikes: Some bikes and e-bikes are equipped to handle additional passengers with available add-ons like kids seats and carriages.
NO Call, NO Show Policy
In the event of a no call, no show, or tardiness in picking up your rental, you are required to contact us within 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so will result in the release of the rental, making it available for others to rent.
Note: This policy is also included in the rental agreement that customers sign at the time of booking.

E-Bike & Bike Loss Damage Waiver
- Cost: $25/Day
- Damage Deductible: $50.00 USD
- Theft/Totaled Deductible:
- Standard Bikes: $350.00 USD
- Premium Bikes: $500.00 USD
- Standard E-Bikes: $750,00 USD
- Premium E-Bikes: $1,500 USD
- Tire Coverage: Included in event of a flat
- Roadside Assistance: Within a 10-mile radius
Flat Tire Policy
Preventative Measures: We ensure that all of our vehicles’ tires are changed or inspected before the wear reaches 20% of a new tire. All tire pressures are checked prior to any rental to minimize the risk of tire issues.
Renter Responsibility: In the event of a tire blowout or flat tire during your rental, the financial responsibility falls on you, the renter. However, you can mitigate this cost through our available coverage options.
No Flat Tire Coverage
You are liable for the full cost of labor and the price of a new tire if total tire damage occurs.
Flat Tire Coverage
This option covers tire repair and labor costs. If the tire is completely damaged, you are only responsible for half the cost of a new tire.
24/7 Roadside Assistance
Comprehensive Support on the Go: Our commitment to your peace of mind extends well beyond our thorough daily vehicle inspections. Despite our best efforts, unexpected issues can still arise. To ensure you’re never left stranded, our 24/7 Roadside Assistance is ready to help you at any hour. Whether it’s a mechanical failure or an emergency situation, our reliable service provides swift and efficient aid to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
No Roadside Assistance
If you opt out of this coverage, you will be responsible for all associated costs of towing, pickup, and service fees, which can vary depending on the vehicle type and the situation.
Roadside Assistance
This option includes access to a third-party towing and support service anytime, anywhere within our service area, covered under selected insurance plans, ensuring help is just a phone call away.
