General Questions

You must be at least 18 years old, present a valid driver’s license, and leave a $200 security deposit on a major credit card.

Yes. You must provide proof of liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage that extends to towed trailers, or purchase coverage through GoGo Rental.

Yes. A reservation fee is required to hold your trailer. The fee will be applied to your final rental balance.

Deposits must be made with a debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted.

Tow‑Vehicle Requirements

Most utility and dump trailers require a 2-inch ball. Enclosed trailers 20 feet and longer require a 2-5/16-inch ball.

Yes. All trailers rated 7,000 lb GVWR or higher with electric brakes require a functioning brake controller.

No. Only standard ball hitches are offered. Compatible hitches are available to rent.

Each trailer includes 4 ratchet straps, 4 D-ring tie-downs, a tongue jack, and a 7-pin wiring adapter.

Included Equipment

Yes. Six-foot loading ramps are stowed under the trailer bed.

No. Spare tires are not included with rentals.

Approved loads include building materials, furniture, UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, appliances, and yard debris (in dump trailers).

Hazardous waste, loose gravel or sand without a liner, liquids, live animals, or any load exceeding the trailer’s GVWR.

No. Customers are responsible for any landfill or dump site fees.

Pickup & Return

Yes. Staff will assist with ball seating, safety chains, and lighting checks before departure.

Dump trailers use a charged 12V deep-cycle battery. Renters must recharge the battery on multi-day rentals if needed.

Insurance & Coverage

Yes. Trailer LDW is $15 per day and covers accidental body damage with a $1,000 deductible. It does not cover tire blowouts or damage to cargo.

No. Hydraulic pump failure is not covered by LDW, but LDW may reduce the renter’s financial responsibility depending on the situation.

Cleaning & Damage

Yes. Trailers must be returned swept out and free of debris. If hauling dirt or mud, the dump box must be rinsed. A cleaning fee of $50 or more applies for excess mess.

Without Tire Coverage, the renter is responsible for labor and tire replacement. Tire Coverage is available for $5 per day.

Pricing & Discounts

Yes. Discounts are available: 10% off for 3-day rentals, 20% off weekly, and 30% off monthly rentals.

No. All utility trailer rentals include unlimited mileage.

Safety & Regulations

Yes. Staff will confirm that brake, running, and turn signals are working before release.

Yes. Two wheel chocks are provided and should be used during loading and unloading.

No. None of our trailers require DOT inspection stickers. All trailers are thoroughly inspected before and after each rental.
