General Questions

A valid driver’s license and a major credit card are required.

No, a standard driver’s license is sufficient for most motorhomes.

Yes, you can take a motorhome or travel trailer across the border, however, our insurance stops at the border. Additional insurance will be required by the customer.

No, all units rented must be returned to the original location of pick-up.

We supply a wide range of different motorhomes with different maximum capacities. Please refer to a GoGo Rental Agent or visit our website at GoGoRental.com to find what works best for you.

Insurance and Coverage

No, insurance is available for an additional fee.

Yes, depending on the insurance package you choose for you rental, the limit may vary.

Yes, towing is covered under our roadside assistance package, which you can purchse for your rental.

Setup and Usage

Start the generator using the onboard switch or remote control. Ensure the fuel tank is at least half full and the unit has ample 12v power.

Monitor the control panel for waste tank levels. Use the provided hose to empty tanks at dump stations.

Connect the motorhome to a water source using the provided hose or, if your rental is filled with water, simply turn on the water pump.

Use wheel chocks and leveling blocks, and engage the parking brake.

Please refer to the walk-through with your GoGo Rental Specialist given before leaving with the rental, watch the YouTube video walkthrough of your unit (GoGo Rental), or contact your location for further instruction.

It is never a good idea to dump your holding tanks without a designated dump station and should be refrained. Dumping holding tanks illegally could result in a fine ranging from $100-$1,000, depending on the severity and local police determinations.

Use a clean water source and a water hose, connect, and turn on the water to fill.

Mileage and Fuel

No, there are no mileage limits for motorhome rentals, however, a mileage charge may apply for all miles over the provided free miles limit.

Refer to the motorhome manual for fuel type or contact your local GoGo Rental (typically uses unleaded 87 gas or diesel).

Average fuel efficiency is 8-10 miles per gallon. This may vary based on driving conditions.

Motorhomes are not designed for off-road use and should only be driven on paved or designated roads.

Check the fuel level and oil in the generator. Reset the breaker if necessary. Contact support if unresolved.

Ensure the thermostat is set correctly and verify the power or propane supply.

Cleaning and Returns

Ensure the refrigerator is level and verify shore power or propane supply.

The rental must be brought back in decent condition. Up to a $350 cleaning fee could be applied if the rental is excessively dirty, or if perishable items are left inside the rental.

Extreme Scenarios
