You must be 25 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and place a $500 security deposit on a major credit card in the renter’s name.

A $75 service fee plus the cost of fuel will be charged to your card on file.

No. Renters must supply their own ropes and towables if they plan to tube or ski.

Operation and Clarity

Most models seat 1–3 riders. Refer to individual listings for max capacity.

Yes, all jet skis are automatic and feature easy-to-use throttle and braking systems.

Yes, as long as the other driver is 25+ with a valid license and is present during check-in.

Safety and Rules

Yes. Our models are stable and beginner-friendly, and staff will provide a safety orientation at pickup.

Helmets are not required for jet ski use, but may be worn at the rider’s discretion.

No. Jet skis may only be operated during daylight hours.

No. Operating a jet ski under the influence is strictly prohibited and may result in fines or termination of the rental.

No. Maintain safe distances from docks, swimmers, and other watercraft at all times. Follow all posted signage.

Weather and Water Conditions

Light rain is okay, but rentals may be delayed or canceled during storms or high winds.

Refunds are not guaranteed. Contact customer service if weather prevents safe operation.

Jet skis are designed for performance, but rough waters can be dangerous. Use caution and follow local guidance.

Insurance and Coverage

Yes, valid insurance is required. You may also purchase coverage through GoGo Rental during checkout.

Yes, optional loss damage waiver may be available during checkout.

The $500 deposit is held in case of damages or incidents. It is returned after inspection.

Property damage to the renter’s contracted jet ski only, caused by accidental collision while under power. Insurance limits the renter’s financial liability to 50% of the deductible. It protects the renter from lost rental revenue responsibility caused by damage, which is specifically stated in the rental agreement. Releases renter from responsibility for damages caused by another individual hitting their rented jet ski due to an accident, in which the other party is found responsible (Requires Arizona DNR Report and/or Law Enforcement Report)

Emergencies and Support

Call GoGo Rental’s support line immediately. 24/7 roadside or lake assistance is available with coverage plans.

Stop immediately and call emergency services if needed. Then contact GoGo Rental to report the incident.

Report the theft to police and then contact GoGo Rental immediately. Insurance claims may be necessary.
