General Questions

You must be 18 or older, or 16 with a legal guardian present. Bring a government-issued photo ID and place a fifty-dollar deposit on a credit card, or one hundred dollars on a debit card.

Yes. The Beach Package combines a pop-up shade tent, two chairs, cooler bag, beach mat, koozies, pool floatie, and waterproof phone holder at a discounted rate.

No. Security deposits must be placed on a credit or debit card.

Age & Use Policy

Yes. Children aged 8 to 15 may use a paddle board or Yes. Child-size masks and fins are available, but a guardian must supervise and sign the waiver. under direct adult supervision. Water bikes are limited to riders at least 12 years old and 4 ft 6 in tall.

Reef 48 and Reef Hex floats are suitable for ages six and up when a life vest is worn and an adult supervises.

Wagons can carry up to one hundred pounds.

Equipment & Contents

Pop-up shade tent (eight by eight feet), two folding chairs, twenty-liter Ice Mule cooler, beach mat, koozies, pool floatie, and waterproof phone holder.

Yes. Each snorkel kit comes with mask, snorkel, fins, and a mesh gear bag.

No. Bring your own ice. The dry-bag style Ice Mule cooler can keep ice for up to twenty-four hours if pre-chilled.

In Hawaii we stock beach tents rather than umbrellas.

Pickup & Return

Pick up your items at the rental shop. A curbside loading zone is available for vehicles.

Delivery is available at select beaches for an additional fee when staff schedules allow. Delivery is not offered in Hawaii.

Yes. Shake out sand and wipe down gear. Excessive sand may result in a cleaning fee.

After-hours returns are not available in Hawaii. At other locations, arrange in advance with staff.

Usage Restrictions

No. Reef floats and Lilypad products must stay in calm lake or bay waters.

Some beaches prohibit large shelters. Check local signage before setting up.

Hawaii beaches require beverages in cans or plastic, not glass.

Insurance & Coverage

Damage protection is not available for beach gear in Hawaii.

Pricing & Discounts

Yes. Save fifteen percent on three-day rentals and twenty-five percent on weekly rentals.

No. Holiday or peak-season surcharges apply.

Safety & Emergencies

Yes. All users must wear a life vest, and minors require adult supervision.

Contact GoGo Rental immediately. The renter is liable for up to the full replacement cost if no LDW coverage applies.

Not in Hawaii. Phone support is available during normal business hours.
