Yes, pets are allowed in the rental unit. Pet fees are $50 per pet.

Ensure the refrigerator cooling dial is not set to max and verify shore power or propane supply is active. If the cooling dial is maxed, move the dial to the halfway mark or “cold”. The fridge will not get cold enough due to the freezer trying to cool too much.

Yes, as long as you have permisson to leave that unit at that site.

Setup and Usage

Use the hitch and safety chains provided, ensuring the trailer is properly secured. Refer to the guide.

Use the leveling jacks provided with the trailer and a bubble level to ensure stability.

When completely hitched onto the rental, roll down your window, put your vehicle in drive, move forward about 3 inches, and then apply the brakes. You should feel, or in some cases hear the brake controller activate.

Yes, the powercord, sewer hose, toilet paper and RV chemical will be provided with every rental. We have pacakages for more camping neccesities and accesories that you can select from at check out.

Ensure the trailer is securely hitched, tires are inflated to the correct pressure, and speed limits are adhered to.

Peak season pricing varies and may include higher fees.

All trailers come with a user manual and an instructional guide.

Insurance and Coverage

No, insurance is available for an additional fee.

Call 911 to file a police report, then call us immediately after to let us know what happened. We will help guide you through the next steps.

Cleaning and Returns

Yes, the trailer must be returned clean, or cleaning fees will apply.

Yes, late fees are following our rental agreement. If a rental is returned late, the customer is subject to a $150 fee plus the normal cost of rental rates for that day.

Give us a call and we will look for your items in our lost and found or the rental it was left in. All items left in rentals are held for 30 days and then discarded.

Mileage and Fuel

No, travel trailers do not have mileage limits, as they are towed by the customer’s vehicle.

Yes, propane tanks must be refilled before returning, or a refueling fee will apply. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific fee amounts.
