General Questions

A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance or purchased coverage, and a major credit card for the $500 security deposit.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent or operate a UTV through GoGo Rental.

You must either provide valid insurance that covers UTV rentals or purchase coverage through us during checkout.

Yes, a $500 deposit is required at the time of pickup. It must be placed on a major credit card in the renter’s name.

Only if they are listed on the rental agreement and meet the same age, license, and insurance requirements.

Yes, but early returns are not refunded unless previously arranged.

Trailers and Transport

Yes. A trailer is included or available as an add-on depending on location. All UTVs must be trailered to the riding area.

Yes, if your trailer meets size and safety requirements.

No. UTVs are not street legal and must be trailered to and from the riding area.

A vehicle with a 2″ hitch receiver and a towing capacity of at least 3,000 lbs is required.

Helmets and Safety Gear

Helmets are not included in the rental, but can be added on for $10 per reservation.

Yes. Helmets are mandatory for all riders, regardless of age or experience.

Yes. You may bring your own DOT-approved helmet.

No. Please bring your own goggles, gloves, and other gear as needed.

Setup and Operation

All of our UTVs are automatic with CVT transmission.

Yes. All UTVs feature selectable 4-wheel drive.

We provide a walkthrough at pickup. Use the gear selector, steering, and throttle smoothly. Wear your seatbelt and helmet at all times.

It depends on the model. We offer 2-seater and 4-seater units. Do not exceed passenger capacity.

No. Towing with UTVs is not permitted.

Riding Rules and Trails

UTVs must be ridden on approved OHV trails, off-road parks, or private property with permission.

No. UTVs are not street legal and cannot be driven on roads or highways.

All UTV’s are road legal and can be drove at night. Please be catious when driving any UTV at night.

Yes. Our team will provide local trail tips and info at pickup.

Riding off-trail or in restricted areas is strictly prohibited and may result in fines or damages charged to the renter.

Fuel and Maintenance

Most models require premium unleaded gas (91+ octane).

Yes. UTVs must be returned with a full tank of gas.

No. Our team handles all routine maintenance. If you notice anything unusual, report it right away.

Weather & Terrain

Yes. UTVs are designed for rough terrain. Please ride responsibly and avoid flooded areas.

Some locations allow UTV use in snow, but check local trail conditions first. Use extreme caution.

Yes, weather-related cancellations may qualify for a refund or reschedule.

Stay within the UTV’s recommended limits. Always follow posted trail signs and avoid unsafe terrain.

Emergencies

Stop immediately. Call 911 if needed. Then call GoGo Rental support to report the incident.

Prioritize safety. Call emergency services first, then notify us.

Stay with the UTV and try to move to a known trail. We recommend sharing your ride plan in advance with someone.

The renter is responsible for the UTV during the rental period. Any damages or loss of unit will be on the renter.
